Dominio Imperfetto White Scandal

Dominio Imperfetto is the challenge that Famiglia De Cerchio has undertaken for the creation of high quality rosé and white wines. In a region like Abruzzo, dominated by the cultivation of red grapes which are appreciated and well-known at international level, there are hidden coastal areas little explored by the vine. Here the great international grapes find space alongside the native varieties. Experimentation, vision and perseverance gave birth to “Dominio Imperfetto”, the highest expression of the winemaking revolution in the region.

Tasting Notes: The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it displays a harmonious and explosive combination of citrusy notes of grapefruit and lime, accompanied by hints of white flowers and mint. On the palate, the wine is fresh with a distinct mineral note and citrusy undertones. It offers a pleasant mouthfeel and a long, complex, and persistent finish.
