From two different parcels surrounded by oak trees and blackberry patches, old vine Pinot Noir was first planted in 1983 on volcanic, silt, clay, and loam soils. Kelley uses 40% whole cluster fermentation, and the wine spends 10 months in neutral oak barrels. She practices minimal intervention in order to let the vineyard speak for itself. Pair with braised pork chop with olive relish.
