Spicy notes can also be perceived, thus adding complexity and very well integrated slightly roasted hues evoke coffee – the result of its aging process. A round wine, rich in red fruity notes, that is also a little spicy in the palate. Including firm tannins of balanced acidity, this robust red of great character vigorously fills the mouth with ripe fruit and offers a lingering and compact finish.
Perfect to enjoy with a rack of lamb with sautéed mushrooms, or a rib eye steak with quinoa risotto, and a semi-hard cheese platter.
