From the excellent grapes of Raboso del Piave wine with an intense ruby red color and violet hues. Clear wine and consistent with 14,00 %vol. The scent is intense and pleasant, with the aging of ripe fruit, chocolate. The flavour is dry, slightly tannic, soft in the mouth, well balanced, long and persistent final.
Food pairings: Troccoli hand-made with lamb sauce, Tortellini and meat sauce, Rabbit cacciatore, baked Arista of pork, cheese and medium cheese.
