On the nose first of all fresh and mineral, light notes of fruity lychee, paired with exotic flavours.
The palate follows with fresh fruit flavours, a dynamic acidity plays around the tongue, balanced with plenty of extract and a pleasantly light, racy body. The long spicy finish has a fancy touch of acidity.
Food Pairing: Stewed halibut with herbs, grilled pineapple, aperitif, pizza, light chicken dishes, burger.
