1921 Tequila Cream

The foundation of the liqueur is 1921 Tequila Blanco, made from Blue Weber agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. The agave is slowly cooked for approximately 72 hours in masonry ovens before fermentation and distillation. For the cream expression, the tequila is combined with a silky cream-style base and traditional Mexican-inspired flavours, particularly coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, and chocolate. The current expression is 15% ABV and, unusually for the category, is officially listed as lactose-free, gluten-free, soy-free, egg-free, and nut/peanut-free.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Delicate and sweet with creamy coffee, cinnamon, and subtle Blanco tequila, with vanilla and gentle agave character developing underneath.

Palate: Velvety and moderately sweet with prominent coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon followed by chocolate and soft nutty flavours. The tequila base provides a subtle agave warmth that keeps the profile from becoming overly rich.

Finish: Smooth and balanced with lingering coffee, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, and gentle tequila warmth.
