Produced by Angel’s Envy Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, the Bottled in Bond Cask Strength release was crafted in accordance with the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, requiring it to be the product of one distillation season, one distiller, one distillery, and aged for a minimum of four years under government supervision. Distilled during a single season and bottled at natural cask strength, this release represents a departure from Angel’s Envy’s traditional finishing program by showcasing the bourbon before any secondary cask finishing takes place.
