Anohka Timeless Dry Gin

Anohka Timeless Dry Gin is handcrafted at Anohka Distillery in Parkland County, Alberta, where old-world distilling traditions meet modern innovation. Produced from a neutral grain spirit made with 100% Western Canadian wheat, the gin is distilled with more than twice the botanical load typically found in a classic dry gin. Its carefully curated recipe includes juniper, French lavender, sweet and bitter orange peel, lemon verbena, coriander, angelica root, orris root, and Indonesian cinnamon, creating a spirit that remains true to the London Dry tradition while offering greater depth and complexity. Bottled at 43% ABV, Timeless is designed to be approachable, balanced, and exceptionally versatile.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Bright aromas of lemon zest, orange peel, fresh juniper, lavender, and gentle spice are complemented by subtle floral undertones.

Palate: Medium-full and silky with flavours of lemon, lime, sweet orange, classic juniper, coriander, delicate florals, and warming cinnamon that unfold with excellent balance.

Finish: Crisp and lingering with juniper at the forefront, followed by layered citrus, soft florals, and a refined, gently spiced dryness.
