Anselmo Vermouth Rosso

Anselmo Vermouth is produced in Italy, drawing on longstanding vermouth-making traditions that date back to the 18th century. Vermouth Rosso (red vermouth) is defined by the infusion of botanicals—such as wormwood, herbs, roots, and spices—into a wine base, followed by fortification and sweetening.

Colour: Deep amber with reddish hues
Nose: Aromatic and layered, with notes of dried herbs, orange peel, baking spices, and subtle caramel
Palate: Medium-bodied with a balanced interplay of sweetness and bitterness; flavours of candied citrus, clove, cinnamon, and herbal extracts
Finish: Smooth and moderately long, with lingering spice and a gentle bitter edge

Cellaring & Pairings
Best enjoyed fresh once opened; store refrigerated and consume within 1–2 months for optimal flavour. Ideal served over ice with an orange twist, or as a key component in classic cocktails such as the Negroni, Manhattan, or Americano.
