Cask & Maturation
Matured for 15 years in a combination of bourbon barrels, new charred oak and Oloroso sherry casks, this expression brings together three complementary influences:
- Bourbon barrels: Contribute creamy vanilla, honeyed sweetness and fresh orchard fruit.
- New charred oak: Introduces toasted nuts, rich oak, caramel and warming spice.
- Oloroso sherry casks: Add subtle dried fruit, chocolate and additional depth.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Earthy peat smoke and rich vanilla cream mingle with heather honey, green apple, pear and gentle hints of pine and dried herbs.
Palate: Creamy vanilla and soft woodsmoke develop into dark liquorice, chocolate-covered nuts, orchard fruit and subtle herbal mint.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering peat embers, toasted nuts, vanilla and gentle oak spice
