Ardnahoe Chairman's Selection

Ardnahoe Chairman's Selection

A deeply personal release from Ardnahoe, created to the specifications of late founder and Chairman Stewart Laing. The distillery’s most heavily peated whisky to date pairs powerful Islay smoke with coastal salt, cacao, lemon curd and stewed plum, bottled at a natural 60.2% cask strength. Bold, sherry-rich and genuinely significant in Ardnahoe’s young history.

Ardnahoe Chairman's Selection

Released in June 2026, Chairman’s Selection is a 6 Year Old Islay Single Malt composed to Stewart Laing’s personal specifications.
It is Ardnahoe’s most heavily peated release to date, bottled at its natural cask strength of 60.2% ABV. Each bottle is individually boxed and includes a personal letter written by Stewart, sharing his reflections on Ardnahoe and the whisky itself.
The whisky matured for six years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, with the distillery describing the composition as predominantly first-fill sherry matured. More detailed release documentation identifies Oloroso hogsheads, first-fill Pedro Ximénez quarter casks and first-fill bourbon casks in the marriage.
