Ardnahoe Infinite Loch

Ardnahoe Infinite Loch is the first permanent core expression from Ardnahoe Distillery, the Islay distillery established by the Laing family of Hunter Laing and officially opened in 2019. Named after the nearby Loch Ardnahoe, whose seemingly endless depths inspired local legends, the whisky reflects both the rugged landscape and traditional production methods that define the distillery. Crafted using one of Scotland's longest lyne arms, extended fermentation times, and traditional worm tub condensers, Ardnahoe produces a rich, oily spirit with exceptional texture and character.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Soft peat smoke mingles with baked apples, vanilla, honey, lemon zest, sea spray, toasted almonds, and subtle baking spices, with delicate notes of dried fruit from the sherry casks.

Palate: Rich and creamy with flavours of salted caramel, orchard fruits, citrus peel, vanilla custard, gentle pepper, toasted oak, raisins, and earthy Islay peat wrapped in a silky texture.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering coastal smoke, sweet malt, dried fruit, cracked pepper, oak spice, and a touch of sea salt.
