Tasting Notes:
Nose: Bright citrus oils, lime leaf and shortbread lead into pineapple, coconut and stone fruit, with hints of ginger, soft oak and wisps of smoke.
Palate: Silky and layered, offering honeyed sweetness, lemon meringue, orange blossom and warming spice, underpinned by savoury peat and gentle nutty notes.
Finish: Long and warming, with lingering citrus zest, soft smoke and a subtle, dessert-like richness.
