Long Bay Brewery, located in Rothesay, New Brunswick, is a proudly independent craft brewery inspired by the province's rugged coastline and maritime lifestyle. Since opening in 2017, the brewery has built a reputation for producing approachable, flavourful beers rooted in classic styles. Bantam American Pale Ale is one of its flagship offerings, named after the small but spirited bantam chicken. Like its namesake, the beer may be smaller than an IPA in intensity, but it delivers plenty of character. Brewed to 5% ABV and 40 IBU, it features generous hop aroma balanced by a restrained malt profile for exceptional drinkability.
