Bard Small Batch Cinder & Smoke Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Cinder & Smoke is produced using a base bourbon that undergoes a finishing process with specially treated oak staves. These staves are toasted and charred to varying degrees, imparting additional layers of smoke, caramelization, and spice. Rather than traditional barrel finishing alone, this method allows for precise control over flavour development, enhancing complexity while maintaining the integrity of the underlying bourbon.
