Bardstown’s Bottled in Bond Wheated Bourbon honors one of America’s most important whiskey traditions. To carry the designation, it must be the product of a single distilling season, made by one distillery, aged at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse, and bottled at exactly 100 proof.

Nose:
Soft layers of caramel, vanilla custard, and honeyed wheat. Underneath are notes of warm baked bread, light orchard fruit, toasted oak, and a touch of almond.

Palate:
Silky and rounded with flavours of toffee, sweet corn, and soft wheat biscuits. At 100 proof, it carries satisfying weight while maintaining balance, revealing hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, and golden brown sugar. A gentle fruitiness—pear, baked apple—adds complexity.
