Barrell Craft 12 Year Old Toasted Oak

The whiskey combines straight bourbons aged 12 to 15 years in new charred American oak barrels. Following their initial maturation, the blend undergoes a secondary finishing period in slow-toasted American oak casks, developing additional layers of sweetness, toasted nuts and warming spice.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Cinnamon rolls, maple syrup and toasted coconut, with hints of cherry jam, vanilla cake and warming baking spice.
Palate: Rich toasted marshmallow, dark chocolate and caramel develop into peanut brittle, crystallized ginger and seasoned oak, with a creamy, mouth-coating texture.
Finish: Long and warming, with toasted oak, brown butter, cinnamon and lingering coconut sweetness.
