Benromach 12 Year Old Unpeated Sherry is a limited-release Speyside single malt from Benromach Distillery in Forres, Scotland. This expression takes a different direction, using unpeated barley to create a richer, fruit-driven whisky without the distillery's usual smoky undertone. It was featured as a limited release by Australia's The Whisky Club in December 2025.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Toasted hazelnuts, rich fruitcake and marzipan with Morello cherry and sweet malted biscuit.
Palate: Stewed berries and creamy butterscotch with grapefruit zest, gentle pepper and rich sherry sweetness.
Finish: Rounded and warming, with mature oak, lingering sultanas and soft spice.
