Bonanza is produced by Chuck Wagner, founder of the iconic Caymus Vineyards and a member of one of Napa Valley's most influential winemaking families. Inspired by California's historic "bonanza" of fertile vineyards, the label was created to showcase exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from diverse vineyards across the state, rather than focusing on a single appellation. The result is a consistently expressive wine that reflects the richness and accessibility of California Cabernet.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep ruby with purple highlights.

Nose: Inviting aromas of blackberry, cassis, black cherry, and ripe plum layered with notes of vanilla, mocha, toasted oak, baking spices, and a touch of tobacco.

Palate: Medium- to full-bodied with flavours of blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, and dark cherry supported by supple tannins and balanced acidity. Hints of cocoa, vanilla, cedar, and sweet oak spice add richness and complexity while maintaining a smooth, approachable style.

Finish: Long, velvety, and fruit-driven, with lingering dark berries, chocolate, vanilla, and gentle spice.
