The Micro-Provenance series is a curated range of single cask expressions hand-picked by head distiller Adam Hannett to showcase how variables such as barley type, climate, warehouse location and especially cask influence can shape whisky flavour. Each release is a limited, stand-alone bottling that highlights a specific maturation journey and is bottled at cask strength with no chill filtration or added colouring.

Nose: Bright orchard fruit and citrus zest layered with gentle vanilla, barley sweetness and clean oak influence.

Palate: Rich malt core underscored by hints of tropical fruit, honeyed cereal, and subtle spice, with the cask’s influence adding depth and complexity.

Finish: Long and elegant with lingering malt sweetness and a clean oak-driven close that reflects the individuality of the single cask.
