Bulleit Bourbon is produced at the Bulleit Distilling Company in Shelbyville, Kentucky, and traces its roots to the original bourbon recipe created by Augustus Bulleit in the 1830s. Revived in 1987 by his great-great-grandson Tom Bulleit, the brand has become one of the defining names in modern American whiskey. Its signature high-rye mash bill of approximately 68% corn, 28% rye, and 4% malted barley gives the bourbon its distinctive spicy character while maintaining classic notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. Matured in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), Bulleit Bourbon is known for its bold yet balanced profile, making it equally suited to sipping neat or mixing into premium cocktails.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Inviting aromas of sweet oak, vanilla, orange peel, caramel, toasted spice, and gentle pepper are complemented by subtle hints of maple and dried fruit.

Palate: Smooth and full-bodied with flavours of caramel, vanilla bean, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted oak, rye spice, and a touch of dried apricot balanced by a creamy texture.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering notes of sweet oak, black pepper, vanilla, caramel, and soft baking spices.
