Cadenhead Foursquare 15 Year Old

Cadenhead Foursquare 15 Year Old was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2026 as part of Cadenhead’s Single Cask rum collection. Produced from molasses and a combination of pot and column still distillates, it matured for 15 years in an ex-bourbon barrel before being bottled at 55%, without added colour or chill filtration.

Foursquare is located in St. Philip, Barbados and is operated by the Seale family under Master Distiller Richard Seale. The distillery is particularly respected for combining traditional pot and column distillation and for a production philosophy that emphasizes mature spirit and cask character without relying on added sweetness.

Tasting Notes
Nose: White grapes, rhubarb and cream with a slightly brandy-like richness.

Palate: Bright lime zest and ginger lead into creamy coconut milk with an unusual lightly smoky, savoury edge.

Finish: Warming nutmeg, rowan berry and fresh mint, leaving a spicy, gently herbal finish.
