Matured for eight years, entirely in oloroso casks, its packed with layers of sherried fruit, toffee ice cream, toasted almonds, and popcorn. Nose Buttery layers of raisin studded fudge and blueberry muffins, mellow oak and honeyed dates, plus some candied pecans in the distance. Palate A medley of cooked fruit, vanilla wafer, and toffee ripple ice cream, with almond butter, popcorn, and stewed apricot. Finish Butterscotch and charred oak are joined by a touch of peppercorn warmth for the finish.
