Produced by Casey Jones Distillery in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, the Red Label Wheated Bourbon pays tribute to the legacy of Casey Jones, a legendary moonshiner known for building handmade copper stills throughout the Prohibition era. Founded by his descendants, the distillery combines traditional craftsmanship with modern production techniques while celebrating the family's deep roots in Kentucky whiskey culture. The Wheated Bourbon is made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% wheat, and 4% malted barley, then matured in new charred American oak barrels. The use of wheat contributes a softer mouthfeel and sweeter flavour profile, allowing the bourbon's vanilla, caramel, and oak notes to take centre stage.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Inviting aromas of caramel, vanilla bean, honey, toasted oak, baked bread, and light cinnamon spice mingle with subtle notes of sweet corn and butterscotch.

Palate: Smooth and rounded with layers of caramel, vanilla cream, honeyed wheat, toffee, baking spice, roasted nuts, and gentle oak balanced by a soft, creamy texture.
