Château Montifaud is a sixth-generation family-owned Cognac house located in Jarnac-Champagne, at the heart of the Cognac region. The Vallet family has cultivated vineyards and distilled Cognac since the early 1800s, overseeing every stage of production from the vine to the bottle. Today, the estate farms approximately 90 hectares across the prestigious Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne crus, maintaining complete control over its eaux-de-vie and preserving a style renowned for elegance, floral aromatics, and exceptional ageing potential.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Bright golden straw with pale amber highlights.

Nose: Fresh aromas of vine blossom, pear, crisp apple, and subtle vanilla, with delicate floral undertones.

Palate: Smooth and lively, offering flavours of ripe orchard fruit, gentle vanilla, and light oak. Rounded and well-balanced, with soft tannins and a clean, elegant texture.

Finish: Fresh and harmonious, lingering with pear, apple, floral notes, and gentle spice.
