Curado Blanco Tequila Cupreata Infused

Curado is an innovative tequila project developed with master distiller Carlos Camarena, designed to explore flavour by infusing tequila with different agave species. It begins with a 100% Blue Weber agave blanco from Jalisco, which is then infused with cooked agave from other regions of Mexico.

The Cupreata expression uses agave cupreata from Michoacán, traditionally pit-roasted and steeped into the tequila for several days, imparting both colour and added complexity without barrel aging.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Bright citrus zest and fresh agave lead, followed by herbal notes, earthiness, and a hint of minerality.

Palate: Layered and expressive, with sweet agave, tropical fruit, and bold peppery spice balanced by earthy depth and a touch of smoke.

Finish: Long and evolving, with lingering spice, light smokiness, and a clean, slightly sweet fade.
