The mouth is precise and salivating. It is built on a frank, mineral structure with great length. Balanced and concentrated finish.The family manages their 30ha of vineyards in the method of “Lutte raisonnée” or supervised control (a mashup of organic and biodynamic) management with little or no chemical interventions. Now into their 7th generation they own and produce all levels of Chablis.
