Eau Claire Christmas Gin

Christmas Gin is a limited seasonal release, built on Eau Claire’s classic gin base and infused with botanicals that evoke holiday flavours. In addition to juniper, the botanical blend typically includes ingredients such as citrus peel, warming spices (like cinnamon and clove), and other festive elements. Distillation takes place in copper pot stills, with careful control to maintain balance between brightness, spice, and smoothness.
