Large and thick and rich and sweet. Roasted and full bodied stout.Zen came from a shelter after being found on the side of the road in a ditch. This gentle giant was mistaken for a deer until picked up and taken into a shelter and fed back to health. Adopting him when he was 9 years old, I was told I might only have him for a few months. 2 years later and lots of love proved them wrong. He was a big, tender, sweet boy that, even at 11 years old, was too soon to leave me.
