G4 Tequila High Proof Blanco

G4 Tequila High Proof Blanco, also known as G4 Blanco 108, is produced by fourth-generation tequila maker Felipe Camarena at Destilería El Pandillo (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Jalisco. G4 takes its name from the four generations of the Camarena family involved in tequila production, while El Pandillo is known for combining traditional tequila-making techniques with equipment and processes developed by Felipe himself. e High Proof Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber agave from Los Altos, cooked in stone ovens for approximately 28 hours and crushed using the distillery’s custom-built Felipestein tahona.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Cooked agave leads with black pepper, wet stone and earthy minerality, followed by citrus, cinnamon, fresh herbs, mint, and subtle vegetal character.

Palate: Concentrated cooked agave sweetness is immediately followed by cracked black pepper and cinnamon, with citrus oils, minerals, earth, mint, and dried herbs developing underneath. The elevated proof gives it substantial body and intensity without obscuring the agave.

Finish: Long, warming, and peppery with lingering sweet agave, citrus, cinnamon, herbs, and mineral character.
