G4 Tequila Reposado

G4 Tequila Reposado is produced by fourth-generation tequila maker Felipe Camarena at Destilería El Pandillo (NOM 1579) in Jesús María, Jalisco. The G4 name represents four generations of the Camarena family's tequila-making heritage, while El Pandillo has developed a reputation for combining traditional methods with Felipe's own innovations in production. The tequila is made entirely from Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco Highlands.

Production begins with agave cooked in stone and brick ovens before extraction with El Pandillo's tahona-style equipment. The juice is open-air fermented in stainless-steel tanks without fibres and twice distilled in copper pot stills. G4's distinctive water profile comes from a combination of natural spring water and collected rainwater, contributing to the pronounced mineral character associated with the distillery.
