Source of Joy evokes the myth of the fountain of youth and invites a return to naturalness. Its voluptuous bottle is reminiscent of the elegance found on the palate. Source of Joy comes from organically farmed vineyards, on a terroir recognized by Louis XIV as an exceptional place for rosés. The combination of two soils, schist and limestone, with a hilly terrain, has created an intricate network of groundwater that provides an exceptional resource of pure water for the vineyards. Apperance The robe is of a beautiful bright pink color. Nose The intensity of the fruit highlights complex strawberry and cherry aromas of strawberry and cherry, with some notes of notes of licorice. Mouth The fullness and roundness in the mouth are balanced by the freshness freshness of this vintage. Lively and elegant, the finish lingers on notes of small red fruits.
