Cask & Maturation
The whisky matures in a carefully selected combination of four cask types:
- Pedro Ximénez sherry: Rich dried fruit, molasses and dark sweetness.
- Oloroso sherry: Toasted nuts, cocoa and warming spice.
- Red wine casks: Ripe berries, cherries and deeper fruit complexity.
- Virgin oak: Vanilla, caramel and additional oak spice.
The result is a full-bodied whisky balancing intense sherry richness with GlenAllachie's natural honeyed malt character.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich mocha, crystallized ginger and cinnamon with mānuka honey, muscovado sugar, treacle and maraschino cherries.
Palate: Dark cocoa, salted caramel and warmed honey, followed by baking spices, blood orange and rich molasses tart.
Finish: Long and indulgent, with glazed blackberries, fig syrup and lingering sweet oak spice.
