Crafted from Moray Firth coastal barley, milled with a classic 1967 Porteus mill, and distilled using traditional methods, this unpeated malt matured for 12 years in hand-selected oak casks under Speysideβs natural climate.
The result? A rich, complex whisky bursting with character. Judges noted aromas of sultanas, flapjacks, milk chocolate, and a hint of acetone. The palate reveals layers of dried apple, gourmet chutney, orange zest, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla custard, leading to a medium-long, oily, and warming finish.
