Glenlivet 20 Year Old Small Batch

Founded in 1824 by George Smith, The Glenlivet helped define the Speyside style and remains one of Scotland's most celebrated single malt distilleries. The 20 Year Old Orchard Fruitiness is part of the distillery's latest Small Batch Collection, a limited series crafted by Cask Master Kevin Balmforth to amplify specific flavour profiles through precise cask selection. This expression is matured in a combination of first-fill American oak barrels, second-fill ex-Scotch barrels, and second-fill American oak hogsheads, before being bottled at a robust 56.2% ABV and non-chill filtered to preserve its full character.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Juicy ripe pear, crisp red apple, sweet cherries, treacle sponge, golden syrup, clove, and gently toasted oak.

Palate: Layers of spiced apple, caramelized figs, ripe plums, fresh nectarine, and rich toffee sauce unfold into warming cinnamon and baking spices.

Finish: Long, luxuriously fruity, and syrupy, with lingering orchard fruit, soft spice, and a velvety sweetness.
