A 16-year-old single-cask Mortlach bottled exclusively for the Canadian market, bringing the distillery’s famously weighty spirit together with long maturation in a refill sherry hogshead. Bottled at 57.5% cask strength, it offers a concentrated take on the “Beast of Dufftown,” with mature fruit, sherry richness and Mortlach’s characteristically robust, savoury style. Only 230 bottles were produced.
