The Spirit of Scotland series focuses on single cask releases that showcase individuality and natural character, often bottled at cask strength with no chill filtration or added colouring. This Glen Grant 2015 (Cask #5839) was matured for 9 years in a refill bourbon barrel and bottled in 2025 at 59.1% ABV, with a limited outturn of just 214 bottles.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Bright citrus, green apple, and vanilla lead, followed by honey, tropical fruit, and soft oak.

Palate: Creamy and lively, with butterscotch, banana, and pineapple layered over malt sweetness and warming spice.

Finish: Medium-long and vibrant, with lingering citrus, black pepper, and a lightly dry, spicy fade.
