Green River Honey Finished Bourbon

Originally established in 1885, Green River is one of Kentucky's historic bourbon producers, known for approachable, traditionally made whiskey. This release takes a different approach to the honey whiskey category, combining genuine aged bourbon with locally sourced honey rather than relying on artificial flavourings.

The whiskey begins with four-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, distilled and matured in Owensboro, before undergoing its distinctive honey finishing process.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Floral honey, caramel and orange peel with vanilla, toasted oak and gentle cinnamon.
Palate: Full-bodied and rounded, with rich honey sweetness, caramel, vanilla and subtle oak spice.
Finish: Smooth and warming, with lingering honey, light cinnamon and a touch of peppery oak
