Indri Single Malt Indian Whisky - VAP

Produced at the Piccadilly Distillery in Indri, near the foothills of the Himalayas, this whisky represents India’s first triple-wood matured single malt. The name VAP refers to its maturation in three different cask types—ex-wine, French oak, and Pedro Ximénez sherry—each contributing depth and complexity. Matured in India’s intense climate, the whisky develops character rapidly, resulting in a bold, flavour-forward style that reflects both its environment and its progressive approach to cask selection.

Tasting Notes:
The nose is expressive, with notes of dark fruit, vanilla, honey, and gentle spice. On the palate, layers of dried raisins, caramel, and toasted oak unfold alongside warming notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. The finish is long and rounded, lingering with sweet oak, soft spice, and a rich, dessert-like depth that leaves a lasting impression.
