J. Denuzière Crozes-Hermitage Blanc

The 2021 Crozes-Hermitage Blanc is produced from Marsanne and Roussanne, sourced from the Les Châssis sector of Crozes-Hermitage. This southern part of the appellation features clay soils mixed with rounded river stones, producing wines that balance richness with freshness. The challenging 2021 vintage, marked by spring frost followed by a cool growing season and a warm finish, resulted in wines of exceptional aromatic precision, freshness, and ageing potential.

Nose: Aromas of white peach, apricot, honeysuckle, and white flowers layered with notes of beeswax, toasted brioche, citrus peel, and subtle smoky minerality

Palate: Medium- to full-bodied, with a silky, rounded texture balanced by vibrant acidity. Flavours of ripe orchard fruit, citrus, honeyed stone fruit, and delicate almond are complemented by mineral notes and subtle oak complexity

Finish: Long, fresh, and elegant, with lingering white flowers, citrus, toasted hazelnut, and saline minerality
