Produced in the Dominican Republic, Kirk & Sweeney rums are crafted from high-quality sugarcane molasses and aged in American oak barrels to create a profile that is both richly layered and remarkably smooth. Reserva represents a step up in complexity within the lineup, showcasing older rum stocks chosen for their depth, structure, and elegance. The tropical climate accelerates maturation, infusing the spirit with dense fruit notes, warm spice, and a generous oak backbone.

Nose:
Aromatic waves of caramelized sugar, dried tropical fruit, and vanilla bean, supported by toasted oak, baking spice, and a touch of orange peel. Hints of raisin and molasses emphasize its aged depth.

Palate:
Silky and full with flavours of caramel, roasted pineapple, honey, and dark brown sugar. Mid-palate brings warm spice — cinnamon, clove, nutmeg — along with toasted coconut and dried fig. The oak influence adds structure while keeping the sweetness balanced.
