Macbeth Act II - Highland Malt 17 Year Old "Second Murder"

The nose opens with rich elements of aged oak, stewed orchard fruit, and subtle peat smoke, layered with gingerbread warmth and gentle orange peel.
The palate develops into deep caramel, roasted chestnut, dark honey, and a whisper of leather and tobacco. Hints of spiced plum and hazelnut add richness before the finish stretches long and luxurious, leaving behind cocoa nibs, warm oak and lingering dried fruit.

Best enjoyed neat in a tulip glass to allow the aromas to rise naturally and the flavours to unfold gradually. If you prefer a softer texture, a few drops of water will help open the character and reveal more subtle fruit and spice nuances.
