Marquis De Riscal 1860

The riscal 1860 is the little brother of the famous Réserva. Its color is cherry red with purplish fringes. It has a beautiful aromatic intensity, revealing aromas of red fruit compote, notes of grilled cocoa, black pepper and smoked. The attack is fresh and fruity, with perfectly structured tannins. Of moderate acidity, the long and pleasant finish is more distinctly reminiscent of oak. It is aged in American oak barrels for 6 months, 50% new barrel and 50% barrel of two wines. This wine goes well with ham, slightly refined cheeses, slightly spicy sauce dishes, dishes made from dried vegetables, poultry, red meats, grilled and roasted meats. You will serve it between 16º and 18ºC.
