Mermaid Gin

Mermaid Gin is crafted by the Isle of Wight Distillery, an independent English distillery focused on sustainability and locally sourced ingredients. Distilled using ten carefully selected botanicals, the gin incorporates rock samphire (a coastal plant also known as “sea fennel”), which contributes a subtle maritime character and herbaceous freshness.

The distillery is committed to environmentally conscious practices, including the use of biodegradable, plastic-free packaging and ethically sourced botanicals. Handcrafted in small batches, Mermaid Gin reflects both its coastal origin and a modern approach to gin production, combining traditional distillation methods with a distinctive sense of place.
