Mijenta Tequila Anejo

Mijenta Añejo is crafted in the highlands of Jalisco using fully mature, sustainably grown Blue Weber agave. After careful cooking and fermentation, the tequila is aged in a thoughtful combination of oak barrels, chosen to enhance complexity while preserving agave purity. The result is a refined añejo that reflects both traditional craftsmanship and a modern, sustainability-driven philosophy.

Nose:
Cooked agave, vanilla, and caramelized oak lead, followed by notes of dried orange peel, honey, and soft baking spice. A gentle herbal lift adds freshness.

Palate:
Silky and balanced. Sweet agave, toffee, and light chocolate unfold into cinnamon, clove, and roasted nuts. The oak influence is elegant and measured, allowing the agave character to remain front and centre.

Finish:
Long, warm, and clean with lingering agave sweetness, soft spice, and a touch of oak dryness.
