Distilled at Tamdhu Distillery in Speyside and matured for 16 years, this expression spent its maturation in a Pedro Ximénez seasoned hogshead, enhancing the naturally rich spirit with luxurious notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and sweet spice. Bottled at natural cask strength with natural colour and without chill filtration, each bottle reflects the unique characteristics of its individual cask, making it a distinctive snapshot of Tamdhu's elegant, sherry-driven house style.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich aromas of raisins, dates, fig jam, dark chocolate, orange marmalade, toasted almonds, cinnamon, and polished oak are complemented by hints of espresso and honey.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety with layers of PX sweetness, dried cherries, treacle, toffee, cocoa, roasted hazelnuts, baking spices, and creamy malt balanced by elegant oak tannins.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering notes of dark fruit, sweet oak, chocolate, espresso, cinnamon, and gentle nutmeg, fading into a refined, sherried sweetness.
