Pewsey Vale Riesling

EVANS NOTES Pouring a pale and light hue of straw, the 2022 estate Riesling has a bright intensity to the nose. Hits of green apple and lime zest on the attack, supported with wet stone and gravel dust and nestled in a soft embrace of white flowers. On the palate it is dry and laser focused acidity, the wine is intensely characterized with tart green fruits and has a nice hint of salinity to the finish. A great addition for a summer afternoon of ceviche and shellfish or fresh garden salads with a lighter protein.
