Plymouth English Gin

Plymouth Gin has been produced at the historic Black Friars Distillery in Plymouth, England, since 1793, making it one of the oldest working distilleries in the country. It holds a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), meaning it can only be produced in Plymouth.

The gin is distilled using a blend of seven botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica root, citrus peels, and others. Compared to London Dry styles, Plymouth Gin is known for a slightly less juniper-forward profile, with greater emphasis on earthy and citrus notes. The spirit is distilled in traditional copper pot stills, resulting in a smooth and well-integrated character.
