Rebel 100 Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Produced by Lux Row Distillers in Bardstown, Kentucky, Rebel traces its roots back to the legendary Stitzel-Weller distillery, where the brand was originally introduced in 1936 as a wheated bourbon using wheat instead of rye as the secondary grain. Today, Rebel is owned by Luxco and produced at Lux Row’s modern Kentucky distillery while continuing to honour its classic wheated bourbon heritage.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of honey, butter, vanilla, raisins, caramel pastry, and soft oak rise from the glass alongside hints of baked bread and light spice.

Palate: Smooth and creamy with layers of vanilla fudge, toasted wheat bread, caramel, cinnamon spice, plum, and gentle pepper warmth balanced by classic wheated bourbon sweetness.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering honey, oak spice, soft cinnamon heat, baked bread, and subtle peppery dryness
