émy Martin XO Fine Champagne Cognac was originally created in 1981 as the house's signature XO. Rémy Martin specializes exclusively in Cognacs sourced from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, the two premier crus that together qualify for the Cognac Fine Champagne appellation. International

The blend is assembled by the Cellar Master from hundreds of individual eaux-de-vie, with Rémy Martin currently stating up to 400 components. It is bottled at 40% ABV and designed to showcase the richness, aromatic complexity and long maturation potential of Fine Champagne Cognac.

Tasting Notes
Nose: An expressive combination of jasmine, ripe fig and candied orange, with abundant floral and fruit aromatics.
Palate: Opulent and rounded with ripe plum and candied orange, developing into warming spice, roasted hazelnut, cocoa and honeyed gingerbread.
Finish: Full-bodied, smooth and exceptionally persistent, carrying lingering fruit, nuts, cocoa and sweet spice.
